Why is AT&T a good or bad stock to own?
Currently the stock as a projected FCF intrinsic value of 47.60, well above the current trading price which stands to be at about 27.57, suggesting over 50% upside.
AT&T stock currently pays out $0.52 per quarter offering a 7.4% yield. Although this will be lowered due to the Warner Bros Discovery spinoff, the company is still expected to offer a dividend equivalent to about 3.5-4%.
Book value is currently 22.73 which is high relative to the current trading value and PB is low compared to other telecoms.
